Automation of waterproofing and dustproofing for terminal box! Sealing robot system

Automating the manual application of urethane coating and O-ring assembly. Achieving both labor reduction and increased productivity while stabilizing waterproof and dustproof quality.

In the waterproofing and dustproofing process of terminal box assemblies, manual application of urethane and the insertion of O-rings are required, which can lead to challenges such as increased workload, variability in quality, and labor shortages. Our sealing robot system automates these processes, achieving stable waterproofing and dustproofing performance. 【Features】 ■ Robot-controlled, precise, and uniform urethane application ■ Elimination of manual O-ring assembly processes ■ Flexible adaptation to complex shapes and continuous production ■ Demonstration tests possible with in-house equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Achieves stable quality independent of skilled labor ■ Improved productivity through reduced working time and labor savings ■ Reduction in management workload and costs through fewer components This solution is suitable for manufacturing sites that want to simultaneously enhance the stability of waterproofing and dustproofing quality while reducing labor.
