This raw material is selected from lotus leaves harvested only during the mature period from June to September, with careful consideration of chlorophyll and functional component content. In the manufacturing process, the raw materials are washed and then subjected to a blanching treatment to suppress enzyme activity, followed by a combination of low-temperature drying and vacuum freeze-drying. Additionally, ultra-fine grinding under low-temperature conditions is performed to maintain the original color and flavor of the lotus leaves while achieving a uniform and stable powder texture.
