Antimony trioxide clay-based flame retardant additive 'ProFlame'

Due to the soaring price of antimony trioxide, clay-based flame retardant additives that can be used as alternatives to antimony trioxide!

We propose the clay-based flame retardant additive "ProFlame" as an alternative to antimony trioxide due to its rising prices. We offer RTF grades optimized for different resins and ATO-free RTP grades. These ultra-fine particles have high purity and high specific surface area, excellent thermal stability, and are odorless, non-irritating, and non-corrosive. Additionally, we provide the non-halogenated organic clay-based flame retardant additive "CHARGUARD," which has synergistic effects with various flame retardants such as ATH and MTH. 【Features】 <ProFlame> - Optimizes the balance between performance and cost through appropriate grade selection based on resin and application. - Compatible with a wide range of resin applications (ABS, HIPS, PA, PBT, PVC, PE, EPDM, etc.). <CHARGUARD> - A low environmental impact solution that easily complies with stringent fire safety and environmental regulations. - Improves flame retardant performance while maintaining mechanical and electrical properties. - Reduces flame spread, molten dripping, and smoke generation, enhancing safety. - Enables efficient flame retardant design with low additive amounts, contributing to cost optimization. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
