Support for managing the ratio of mixed liquids! Monitor the liquid level and notify of abnormalities.
In the chemical plant industry, precise management of the mixing ratios of liquid mixtures is essential for ensuring product quality and safety. In particular, the mixing ratios that affect reaction rates and product characteristics must always be maintained in an appropriate state. Liquid level sensors monitor the remaining liquid and automatically switch ON when the liquid level falls below a certain amount, alerting to insufficient levels. This helps prevent product defects and equipment shutdowns caused by abnormal mixing ratios. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Monitoring liquid levels in mixing tanks - Processes requiring adjustment of mixing ratios - Managing timing for chemical replenishment 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction in work time through automation of liquid level monitoring - Improved production efficiency by preventing equipment shutdowns and product defects due to running out of liquid - Prevention of product defects caused by abnormal mixing ratios
