Production possible with screen mesh only!
In the semiconductor manufacturing industry, measures to prevent foreign matter contamination, which affects product quality, are extremely important. In particular, fine foreign matter within piping can not only reduce product yield but also cause manufacturing equipment failures. Y-type strainers remove foreign matter from the piping and protect each device; however, existing filters may not adequately remove foreign matter or may become clogged due to the coarseness or fineness of the mesh. Therefore, our company manufactures filters with optimal mesh tailored to meet customer needs. 【Application Scenarios】 - Purification of ultrapure water, chemicals, and gases in semiconductor manufacturing processes - Piping systems within clean rooms - Protection of various manufacturing equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of product defect rates due to foreign matter contamination - Stable operation of manufacturing equipment - Stable supply of high-quality products
