Magnetic Rotary Potentiometer for Industrial Robots
MRP-5026 Rotation Angle Detection Sensor Macome Research Institute MACOME
Detecting rotation angles without contact! Contributing to position control in industrial robots.
In the industrial robot industry, precise position control is required. The accurate operation of robotic arms is a crucial factor that affects production efficiency and quality. Conventional contact-type sensors carry the risk of wear and failure, which can lead to maintenance costs. Our magnetic rotary potentiometer detects rotational angles without contact, providing high durability and reliability. This contributes to the stable operation and longevity of industrial robots. 【Application Scenarios】 - Joints of robotic arms - Processes requiring positioning accuracy - Use in harsh environments 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Non-contact design reduces the risk of failure due to wear - High durability decreases maintenance frequency - Effective angle of ±180° accommodates a wide range of applications - IP67 protection structure ensures dust and water resistance
