Applications/Examples of results
By flexibly combining one or two sensors to suit various applications of copper and non-ferrous metal strips, the position and width of the strips can be continuously monitored with stability. With high-speed processing at 100 Hz, even slight process variations can be detected instantly, greatly contributing to quality maintenance and yield improvement. Additionally, it accommodates ultra-thin strips down to a minimum of 0.025 mm and can be optimally adjusted to a wide range of line conditions.
