Suppression of metal corrosion in a corrosive gas environment.
In the metal processing industry, it is important to suppress metal corrosion caused by corrosive gases in order to maintain product quality and reduce manufacturing costs. In particular, in gas environments used during the manufacturing process, even trace amounts of moisture can promote corrosion, leading to product deterioration and equipment damage. The moisture control panel TKZM-TMA for corrosive gases measures dry chlorine gas using a moisture analyzer for the dry chlorine gas line and a sampling equipment storage panel, converting and outputting signals through a converter storage panel. This enables early detection of corrosive environments and allows for appropriate measures to be taken. [Application Scenarios] - Metal surface treatment processes - Plating processes - Heat treatment processes [Benefits of Implementation] - Reduction of product defects due to corrosion - Prolonged equipment lifespan - Reduction of manufacturing costs
