Glycol ethers, alkanolamines, and surfactants with metal ions reduced to ppt and ppb levels
We handle the Metalify Series, high‑purity products for electronic materials manufactured by Nippon Nyukazai Co., Ltd. Our high‑purity glycol ethers and alkanolamines feature metal‑ion levels reduced to the ppt and ppb range, and are widely used as solvents and components in photoresists, strippers, cleaning agents, and etching solutions. The high‑purity surfactant Metalify 1003 is a nonionic surfactant with metal‑ion levels reduced to the ppb range. Cleaning performance evaluations have confirmed improved cleaning effects through surfactant formulation. For analysis, we have introduced the Agilent 8900 Triple Quadrupole ICP‑MS, enabling industry‑leading single‑ppt level analysis. <Partial Product Lineup> Metalify MFG [PGME] Metalify EtFG [PGEE] Metalify MMA [Methyl Ethanolamine] Metalify EA [N-(2-Aminoethyl)ethanolamine] Metalify 1003 [Nonionic Surfactant] For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
