An air cylinder with zero friction resistance that contributes to the lightweighting of robotic arms.
In the robotics industry, reducing the weight of components is essential to enhance the mobility and energy efficiency of robotic arms. Particularly in situations that require fast and precise movements, the weight of the cylinder significantly impacts performance. Traditional cylinders can cause delays in operation and a decrease in positional accuracy due to friction resistance. Fujikura Composite's ACS-4-5 addresses these challenges by achieving zero friction resistance through air bearing technology and enabling weight reduction. 【Application Scenarios】 - Robotic arms - Robotic hands requiring precise positioning - Small transport robots 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improved range of motion and speed of robotic arms - Reduced running costs through energy savings - Enhanced work efficiency through high-precision positioning
