This joint research was conducted as part of a continuous verification process based on the research results with Mr. Hiroki in 2025. In this study, we focused on whether similar trends can be observed with rosin-based fluxes and evaluated the impact of differences in cleaning and rinsing conditions on insulation reliability and surface conditions.
