Toyo Screen Industry: Drum Filter "Fine Wedge"
Improving issues such as clogging and damage! Zero replacement count over the performance period (approximately 6 years).
We would like to introduce the drum filter "Fine Wedge" from Toyo Screen Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which we handle. It eliminates the need for filter replacement, allowing for a reduction in running costs. The coolant liquid is clarified, extending the exchange period by 2 to 3 times. Additionally, even with a fine mesh size, it does not overflow from the tank. This prevents the outflow of chips into the clean tank, leading to improved product quality. Furthermore, it eliminates clogging of the circulation pump and backwash nozzle. 【Features】 ■ Eliminates the need for filter replacement, reducing running costs ■ Clarifies coolant liquid, extending the exchange period by 2 to 3 times ■ Does not overflow from the tank even with a fine mesh size ■ Prevents the outflow of chips into the clean tank, improving product quality ■ Eliminates clogging of the circulation pump and backwash nozzle *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
