Toyo Screen Industry: Fine Injector
Responding to the filtration and dewatering of brittle material grinding sludge with new technology! Demonstration tests are also possible.
We would like to introduce the "Fine Injector" from Toyo Screen Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which we handle. The fusion of a 5μm ultra-fine slit "FineWedge" and vacuum control technology. It captures foreign substances in the coolant liquid, improving processing accuracy. Additionally, it reduces the filter replacement work and filter costs. The circulation of solid materials decreases, contributing to the extended lifespan of peripheral equipment. 【Features】 ■ Collects sludge with a minimum particle size of 5μm ■ Continuous filtration is possible, eliminating downtime for sludge discharge ■ High dewatering performance due to suction by negative pressure, reducing disposal costs for collected materials ■ Built-in backwash nozzle allows for continuous operation without clogging ■ Compact design allows for installation in narrow spaces *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
