Nanofiber Sheet "OIL GATHER E-02"

An ultra‑fine nanofiber sheet featuring high water repellency, oleophilicity, and ultra‑lightweight performance, designed equivalent to type‑approved products.

“Oil Gather E‑02” is an oil‑absorbent material in which ultra‑fine nanofibers are coated with nonwoven fabric to provide enhanced strength. The extremely fine fibers, centered around 500 nm, create an enormous surface area that enables the sheet to absorb approximately 16 to 19 times its own weight in oil. Because it absorbs almost no water and selectively absorbs oil, it floats on water and is ideal for oil–water separation. It is suitable for wiping industrial oils, recovering spilled oil, and cleaning grease traps in food service facilities. Continuous use has been shown not only to dramatically reduce BOD and COD levels in grease‑trap effluent, but also to shift the pH toward neutrality. Note: This product is manufactured based on the design of a model that has obtained type approval (No. P‑655) from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. However, it has not undergone individual certification (no certificate label is issued).
