Domestic manufacturing! Explosion risk-reducing explosion-proof dew point meter.
In the chemical plant industry, handling flammable gases and combustible materials poses a significant risk of explosion, making it a top priority to minimize this risk. Particularly, moisture management within the plant is one of the critical factors that can influence the danger of explosions. Moisture not only promotes corrosion and accelerates equipment degradation but also contributes to the generation of static electricity, which can trigger explosions. The TK-100TR-EX is a capacitive dew point meter developed with the measurement of moisture in gas within explosive hazard areas in mind. It adopts an intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure, making it suitable for use in specially hazardous locations. The TK-100TR-EX is essential for ensuring the safety of the plant. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Plants handling flammable gases and combustible materials - Plants that want to reduce the risk of explosions - Plants that want to thoroughly manage moisture levels 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduced risk of explosion accidents - Improved safety of the plant - Contributes to the longevity of equipment
