The reception system "Smart at reception" allows visitors to either scan a QR code they received in advance with an iPad or select their destination. This will display a screen to notify the responsible person of their arrival. There are two methods to inform the responsible person of the visitor's arrival: "call," where the visitor speaks directly with the responsible person, and "notification," which can be done via email or chat tools. Smart at reception supports both calls and notifications, and it is also possible to perform both simultaneously.
