We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the reception system "Smart at reception" at Kagome Co., Ltd., which is working to address various social issues through food. With the transition to a cloud-based PBX, the existing reception system became incompatible, prompting the consideration of a new reception system. This system was chosen as it met the three requirements: "mobile phone compatibility," "cloud service," and "easy installation." Two units were installed at the Nagoya headquarters and one unit at the Tokyo headquarters, operated using iPads with LTE connections.
