We will solve the vibration problems of railway vehicles with axial force control.
In the railway industry, there is a constant demand for improvements in safety and comfort. In particular, the vibrations caused by vehicle operation not only compromise passenger comfort but also accelerate the deterioration of vehicles and equipment. Loose bolts can amplify vibrations and pose a risk of serious accidents. Sonar Force enables bolt fastening through axial force and suppresses loosening due to vibrations, thereby enhancing the safety and durability of railway vehicles. 【Application Scenarios】 - Fastening of railway vehicle bodies, bogies, and various components - Fastening of track equipment - Fastening of structures such as station buildings 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Suppression of vibrations caused by loose bolts - Prolonged lifespan of vehicles and equipment - Reduction in maintenance costs - Improved safety
