From small quantity metering supply to product transfer and CIP! A pump that accommodates a wide range of applications with just one unit.
The "Furistan FDS Nano" is a double screw pump suitable for product transfer, dosing, and CIP applications, capable of handling products from low to high viscosity. It shares many design principles and advantages with the FDS double screw pump, allowing for precise small quantity dosing with a minimum flow rate of 5L/hour. Thanks to advanced manufacturing technology, it achieves a very narrow clearance while being a non-contact screw pump. The transported material is pushed out in a spiral by the screw, which suppresses pulsation and allows for transfer without changing the quality of the liquid. It can accommodate gas incorporation rates of up to 70%. 【Features】 ■ 3IN1: One pump for a wide range of applications ■ Smooth and stable flow ■ Custom-made screws ■ Compatible with gas-incorporated products *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
