By extending the lifespan of water-soluble coolants, we will prolong the tool life in mold processing!
In the mold industry, tool wear and deterioration significantly impact production efficiency. The degradation of coolant is one of the causes that shorten tool life and reduce machining accuracy. Nano Boosters help suppress coolant degradation and contribute to extending tool life. The generation of nanobubbles improves the cleaning ability of the coolant, which can also enhance the quality of the machined surface. This allows for both cost reduction and quality improvement in mold processing. 【Application Scenarios】 - Mold processing machines - Coolant degradation countermeasures - Pipe clogging countermeasures for heat exchangers 【Effects of Implementation】 - Extended tool life - Improved machining accuracy - Cost reduction
