In the steel industry, accurate position detection in high-temperature environments is required. In harsh conditions, sensor failures or malfunctions can lead to decreased production efficiency. Our high-temperature resistant magnetic proximity sensors achieve stable operation even in environments of 150°C by separating the detection unit from the circuit unit. This allows for precise monitoring of the conditions inside the furnace and contributes to improved production efficiency. By separating the detection unit and the circuit unit (up to 10 meters), it can be used continuously even in environments of 150°C. Aside from the heat resistance temperature, there are no significant differences in specifications compared to our standard sensors. In any case, since there will be many custom elements, we will ask for your desired specifications and propose sensors suitable for the operating environment.
