Microscope Cooling USB Digital Camera WRAYCAM-CIX Series

WRAYCAM-CIX series enables low-noise low-light imaging at high frame rates.

This is a USB 3.0 camera equipped with a two-stage Peltier cooling function and a back-illuminated color CMOS sensor made by SONY. It features a 12-bit image processing engine, providing high color reproduction and a wide dynamic range, allowing it to display images exactly as seen through the microscope. The two-stage Peltier cooling function reduces thermal noise that tends to occur during long exposure use. It offers high image follow-up capability, alleviating stress during low-light imaging such as fluorescence observation and dark field observation. Of course, it can also be used for bright field observation and phase contrast observation, making it possible to overlay bright field images onto fluorescence images. The mounting part for the microscope uses a standard C-mount. With optional accessories, the camera can also be attached to tubes with inner diameters of 23.2mm, 30mm, and 30.5mm. It features a beautifully robust aluminum die-cast body. Software for camera control (for Windows and Mac) is included as standard. In addition to measurement functions and dark field correction, the software allows control of the cooling function's ON/OFF status and cooling temperature. The Windows software MicroStudio also includes additional features such as black balance, fluorescence image synthesis, and overlaying images.
