Hyogo Daihatsu Sales Co., Ltd. has introduced our large ceiling fan "GOLD WIND" and heat-shielding sheet "COOL FACE." In the maintenance workshop, vehicles frequently come and go, making the introduction of air conditioning equipment inappropriate in terms of cost and effectiveness. Duct coolers and air blowers were also insufficient, leading to concerns. While searching for ways to improve the workplace environment, there was a need for more effective measures. The "COOL FACE" cuts over 97% of radiant heat from the roof, and by circulating airflow throughout the workspace with "GOLD WIND," a comfortable working environment is achieved even without air conditioning. A difference of over 30°C in roof radiant temperature has been confirmed before and after the installation of the heat-shielding sheet.
