Stable long-distance transport of plastic powder with a blow tank and rotary valve.
In the plastic industry, the stable supply of molding materials affects production efficiency. In particular, long-distance transportation and the instability of supply due to powder characteristics can lead to production line stoppages and a decline in quality. Our blow tank pump enables stable long-distance supply by reducing the load on powders through low-speed, high-concentration plug transport. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Long-distance transportation of plastic pellets and powders - Stable supply to molding machines - Supply from silos 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improved production efficiency through stabilization of powder supply - Reduction of powder loss and product defects - Enhanced maintainability
