Customization of products is available! We offer a lineup for granules and powders.
We would like to introduce the "Rotary Valve" that we handle. The rotary valve for granules optimizes the position and shape of the new W-shaped clogging prevention grooves, achieving a state where particles within the grooves can flow. Additionally, the cross-sectional area of the inlet flow path is analyzed and calculated to ensure that its effective area is equivalent to the nominal cross-sectional area of the valve. Furthermore, the rotary valve for powders reduces maintenance costs through standardized design. 【Features of the Rotary Valve for Granules】 ■ The optimized design effectively reduces the intermittent shocks generated when the rotor shears granular materials. ■ The lifespan of the drive chain and motor reducer is extended. ■ The maintenance cycle for the entire valve is significantly improved. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
