The "Plate Joint Inspection Scanner" is an automatic ultrasonic testing device specifically designed for inspecting the welds of aluminum and titanium plates through full immersion testing, with real-time data recording and image processing. It consists of an ultrasonic testing section and a mechanical section. The ultrasonic testing section allows for the setting of inspection conditions and the saving and reading of inspection results. The mechanical section is composed of drive axes for the X-axis and Z-axis, both of which can be set for automatic scanning.
