Applications/Examples of results
The fixed type has a track record of over 45 installations in the automatic pouring line over 10 years! The handheld type has a few installations! The KELLER radiation thermometer is a two-color non-contact thermometer that can measure stably even in harsh environments such as fumes and radiant heat. Its unique rectangular wide field design ensures that the measurement target can be reliably captured even if it is slightly misaligned, preventing measurement omissions while consistently obtaining accurate temperature data. Furthermore, the built-in video camera allows real-time confirmation of the measurement target and temperature, enabling reliable monitoring even from a distance. The ATD (Automatic Temperature Detection System) automatically recognizes the target and prevents measurement errors. This achieves a high level of accuracy, reliability, and operability even in harsh environments.
