The "GE-03" is an appearance inspection device that can perform AI inspections of defects as small as 0.1mm on a tabletop. The AI learns from dozens of good products and reduces false positives, which were difficult to control with conventional image processing methods, to less than 1/10. It automatically corrects the positional deviations of products on the stage, thereby reducing variations in position and rotation before AI detection, achieving stable inspections. Standards can be set for each inspection area, allowing for flexible adjustments such as strict scrutiny of areas of interest while being lenient on others. It supports inspections for scratches, dirt, presence or absence of parts, dents, foreign objects, and more. The judgment results can be confirmed on a large screen, and the system can be provided with cameras, lighting, fixtures, and GPU-equipped PCs.
