This is an all-in-one package for precision dispensing that combines a high-rigidity, high-accuracy JR4000 Series desktop robot with a machine-vision camera, a laser displacement sensor, and a needle adjuster. By integrating the essential dispensing components, it enables smooth installation and startup. Using the optional PC software “JR C-Points III,” the following tasks can be performed collectively, with an intuitive, single-screen UI: - Camera calibration - Height sensor setup - Teaching In addition, three types of compensation—camera compensation (XY), height compensation (Z), and needle compensation—handle workpiece misalignment, height variations, and positional shifts after nozzle replacement, ensuring stable, high-precision dispensing.
