This product has been processed using a lathe. Holes have also been evenly spaced around the protruding outer parts. While castings like this product are said to be relatively easy to process, there are several unique considerations such as the time required for material procurement, the possibility of chips becoming powdery, and the potential for internal cavities (voids). In that sense, processing can be quite challenging. Our company has experience in processing castings such as FC200 and FC450.
