It withstands temperatures of 1,650°C, corresponding to the firing temperature range of ceramic components! With a placement operation that requires no adhesive, it can be reused repeatedly, reducing running costs.
This is a case where the "USC-3000" was adopted as a management tag on a ceramic setter. Previously, there were no management tags that could withstand firing temperatures, and the method of attaching them to the setter posed risks of peeling and foreign matter contamination, making it difficult to manage lots during the firing stage. Therefore, we adopted the USC-3000, which can withstand temperatures of 1,650°C, and changed the operation to simply placing it as a management tag on the ceramic setter used for firing. [Case Overview] ■ Installation location: On the ceramic setter used in the firing process (set as a management tag) ■ Product: USC-3000 (supports temperatures up to 1,650°C) ■ Issues: - There are no management tags that can withstand firing temperatures. - The method of attaching them to the setter poses risks of peeling and foreign matter contamination. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
