The VOP40P is an ultra-high precision and extremely compact touch probe equipped with Marposs's optical transmission system. By adopting piezoelectric technology, it guarantees an astonishing repeatability accuracy of within 0.25μm (2σ). With a minimum class size of 40mm in diameter and 50mm in length, it enables highly flexible measurements while minimizing the risk of interference in mold manufacturing and 5-axis machining, where workspace is often limited. Additionally, it features a modulation transmission that is resistant to optical interference and a multi-channel function that can control up to four probes with a single receiver, ensuring high reliability and flexible operation even in harsh working environments.
