The biggest challenge in controlling electromagnets (such as lifting magnets) is "poor work release." This product adopts a new method that directly controls the "current," the source of magnetic force, rather than relying on traditional voltage and time management. It dramatically reduces residual magnetism when excitation is turned off, making it widely usable in environments where reliability and safety are required. ● High-stability DC output: Provides a stable DC 24V power supply suitable for excitation applications. ● Built-in demagnetization circuit: Minimizes residual magnetic flux with a unique current control algorithm. ● Compact and space-saving: A compact design of W70mm that fits into gaps within control panels (DIN rail compatible). << Why "current control"? The decisive difference from competing products >> Reliable work release (demagnetization performance): Conventional DC 24V power supplies (from other manufacturers) perform reverse excitation by setting "voltage and time," but variations occur in actual demagnetization effects due to changes in coil temperature and work thickness. This product employs "current feedback control." By accurately flowing current according to the set decay curve, it has succeeded in reducing residual magnetism in materials such as SPCC and high-tensile steel to levels of 3 to 4 gauss.
