Developed a "Capacitor Insulation Degradation Testing System" that enables automatic evaluation of insulation degradation characteristics of capacitors under high temperature and high humidity testing environments. This system applies voltage to capacitors in any high temperature (high humidity) testing environment and captures leakage current caused by insulation breakdown. It is an automatic measurement system equipped with various data processing and analysis functions, including display of leakage current generation due to insulation breakdown, failure detection and calculation, and failure analysis based on cumulative hazard.

■ It can automatically evaluate the insulation deterioration characteristics of capacitors under high temperature and high humidity conditions. ■ It can be expanded to a maximum of 300 channels. ■ It can measure insulation resistance in the range of 2.0×10E+05 to 1.0×10E+13 (when 100V is applied). ■ Test conditions can be set in units of 25 channels. ■ The temperature and humidity of the constant temperature chamber, the number of failures, and the failure rate can be displayed and confirmed in real-time. ■ Insulation deterioration characteristics can be evaluated through data analysis using histograms of failure occurrences, failure rate curves, and cumulative hazard. ■ It supports various capacitor mounting fixtures, including board-mounted types and contact probe types.
