"Saniline" is a waterproof stainless steel bearing unit that employs a "standoff housing" with a clearance of 12mm from the mounting surface, achieving the highest level of sanitation. Conventional bearing units have the mounting surface and housing in close contact, making it easy for cleaning water and food residues to remain in that gap, which becomes an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and mold. This product features a structure that creates a 12mm gap, allowing high-pressure water and cleaning solutions to reach the previously inaccessible "back side of the bearing," enabling complete rinsing.
