The "METIS-System" provided by Ikuta Sanki Kogyo is a remote monitoring system that realizes a "new form of maintenance" at low cost and with speed. It securely connects the devices and PLCs at the customer's site to our company via a zero-trust network, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It collects and accumulates equipment data, automatically detects anomalies through regular aggregation and analysis, and immediately notifies the responsible personnel in the event of an anomaly. Remote access allows for remote data monitoring and software updates, enabling efficient troubleshooting. Additionally, it features automatic generation of regular operational reports and data backup to the cloud. Our system can be introduced not only to new equipment but also retrofitted to existing equipment in line with the timing of electrical component replacements.
