Dramatically improve factory productivity with oil skimmers! Introducing basic knowledge, types, and how to choose.
**Basic Knowledge of Oil Skimmers** ■ What is an Oil Skimmer? An oil skimmer (floating oil recovery device) is a device that automatically collects floating oils, such as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, that are mixed with cutting fluids (water-soluble coolants) or cleaning liquids used in machine tools. In manufacturing environments, when operating machine tools like NC lathes and machining centers, cutting fluids (coolants) are used, but hydraulic oil and lubricating oil can mix in and rise to the surface as floating oil. *For more detailed information, you can view the related links. Our company was established as the domestic sales company for imported unique and excellent machine tools and cutting fluids observed at factories in Europe and the United States by Seiki Export Group Co., Ltd. With the arrival of the ecological era, we focused on ultra-low lubrication oil mist sprays that do not use cutting fluids, and completed the Semi-Dry Cut System No. 1 in the summer of 1998. Since then, we have made improvements and expanded our product range, including the DC-II with a Lockline nozzle and the DC-S4 with a through-spindle design, creating a system to meet all customer requests and working to promote and expand this new method.
