Recycling waste solvents from the degreasing cleaning process to achieve cost reduction.
In the automotive and parts industry, the degreasing and cleaning process often faces challenges related to the disposal of used solvents. The increase in waste solvents can lead to higher disposal costs and environmental concerns. In response to these challenges, the "Solvent Recycler," which distills and regenerates solvents for reuse, contributes to reducing solvent purchase costs, industrial waste, and waste liquid disposal costs. By using heat treatment to distill only the solvent, the solid components can be recovered as dried chips, enabling efficient disposal of waste solvents. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Thinner regeneration in the painting process - Solvent reuse in the cleaning process - Reduction of waste liquid disposal costs - Environmental measures and industrial waste reduction in factories 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of solvent purchase costs - Reduction of industrial waste - Reduction of waste liquid disposal costs
