In the greenbelt next to the factory! Customizable thermal storage combustion-type exhaust gas treatment device.
Solve your installation space issues! Customizable size! With a "thermal storage combustion exhaust gas treatment device" that has a heat recovery rate of 95%, minimize CO2 and environmental impact.
Our company offers a lineup of "thermal storage combustion exhaust gas treatment systems" that fit factory environments, ranging from low to high air volume. We accommodate flexible size customization, solving the issue of "lack of installation space." They can be installed in small green areas or vacant spaces next to factories. In terms of functionality, we adopt a self-combustion system with almost zero fuel consumption. With a high heat recovery rate of 95% and a treatment efficiency of over 98%, we significantly reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption in factories. Depending on air volume and site conditions, we propose the optimal specifications from two types. 【Features】 ■ KTR Series (Tower Type: Space-saving and Short Construction Time) - Customizable sizes allow installation in green areas and more - Compact placement indoors and outdoors due to unit structure, resulting in a short construction time - Integrated design helps reduce maintenance costs ■ KRR Series (Rotary Type: High Energy Efficiency and Stable Operation) - Ideal for energy saving through the utilization of surplus heat for steam recovery, etc. - Extremely low pressure fluctuations that do not affect production processes - Reduces power consumption, achieving low running costs *For more details, please refer to the materials. This has been the slogan of our Environmental Equipment Division since 1973—long before the world began to raise its voice about “the environment.” As a specialized manufacturer of environmental equipment, we were among the first to address environmental issues. Alongside the development of industrial machinery, we continue to respond to the diverse needs of many different fields. We will face this challenge head-on, a challenge that will likely never diminish, and will continue to return clean air to the sky in order to protect our planet. In addition, as the exclusive distributor in Japan of WINKEL products, we also import and sell bearings.
