1. When a business operator engages in loading work (including rope tying and sheet covering work) on a cargo vehicle with a maximum load capacity of 2 tons or more, or unloading work (including rope untie and sheet removal work) from a cargo vehicle with a maximum load capacity of 2 tons or more, they must provide equipment that allows workers engaged in such work to safely ascend and descend between the floor and the cargo bed, as well as between the floor and the top surface of the cargo on the cargo bed, in order to prevent the risk of workers falling. 2. Workers engaged in the work mentioned in the previous paragraph must use the equipment for ascending and descending when moving between the floor and the cargo bed, as well as between the floor and the top surface of the cargo on the cargo bed. *Note: The sections marked with underscores have been amended. <1> Previously amended to five tons or more, <2> added.
