4-Direction Simultaneous Inspection Type Visual Inspection Device 'UDX Series'
It is perfect for three-dimensional food appearance inspection!
We would like to introduce the 'UDX Series' appearance inspection device, which utilizes a four-direction simultaneous inspection method, handled by Hattori Manufacturing. ■ The full-color CCD camera detects product defects from four directions, identifying defects as small as 50μm x 50μm. ■ By manually inputting products to memorize their color range and then inputting defective products to memorize the color range of the defects, thresholds can be automatically created. Up to 8 types of thresholds can be set for a single variety, and programs for up to 99 varieties can be stored. ■ A large 12-inch touch panel displays sensitivity, flow rate, and product color range in real-time. ■ The ejector test mode allows for easy operation checks of each ejector. *For detailed specifications, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in 1935 when our founder, Zenichi Hattori, discovered that green tea leaves and stems could be separated by the phenomenon of frictional electrification. At the same time, we invented the electrostatic tea sorting machine. In 1962, we commercialized Japan's first color sorter. Over the years, we have been developing various sorting machines as a pioneer in sorting technology in Japan. Our top priority has always been customer satisfaction, and our motto has been to never give up until we achieve high-quality sorting. The results of our development efforts are reflected in our current products.
