Measure the wall thickness of hollow shafts using ultrasonic measurement and assess coaxiality! Compatible with various materials such as castings, sintered materials, camshafts, and resin pipes.
The "Hollow Shaft Coaxiality Ultrasonic Inspection Device" measures the wall thickness of the inner and outer surfaces of a shaft using ultrasound, calculating and determining the coaxiality from the difference in thickness. By rotating the inspection material set on the measuring jig, the wall thickness around the entire circumference is measured, and the coaxiality is assessed. By multi-channeling the ultrasonic measurement points, it is possible to inspect multiple points simultaneously. If the type of measurement material changes, it can be accommodated by exchanging the jig. The inspection results are saved to a PC within the data processing unit (usually in CSV format). The measurement materials are hollow shafts or cylindrical pipes. *It can accommodate a variety of materials, including castings, sintered materials, camshafts, and resin pipes.
