We are manufacturing iron balls, but magnetization of the iron balls has occurred! We want to monitor the magnetization on the line.
We would like to introduce a case where the full inspection of iron balls through mass production was improved. We manufacture approximately 40,000 iron balls with a diameter of 10mm every day, and among them, defective products (magnetized iron balls) were mixed in, leading to situations where they could slip through with only sampling inspections.
