This is a case where Matsuzawa Holdings Co., Ltd. introduced our "Parallel Link Robot Equipped High-Speed Picking System." The company was manually packing individually wrapped Langue de Chat cookies into trays with three people. After the introduction, tray packing was done with one machine and one person responsible for supplying trays to the machine. This resulted in a reduction of two workers. We used an originally developed variable pitch three-piece handling system to pick and place three pieces at a time.
