Fully automatic inspection of analog and digital dial gauges is possible.
Analog dial gauges, digital dial gauges, digital gauges with output, differential transformer probes, and digital scale probes can all be measured automatically. The BV model is equipped with a video camera, enabling fully automated measurement through image recognition. Previously, only analog dial gauges were available, but now they have evolved to recognize digital numbers through images, and models without data output can also be calibrated. We conduct a large number of measurements and have many deliveries to measurement equipment manufacturers, as well as numerous achievements with other ISO 17025 accredited organizations and in-house inspection agencies. Each measurement can be completed in about 4 to 5 minutes, so once the setup is done, measurements can be completed without constant supervision. This allows for effective use of available time, such as organizing reports.
