The MK 14 series is a high-density pin header that supports through-hole mounting (THT) with a 2.54mm pitch and can connect up to 50 pins in a single row. It features precision round pins with a diameter of 0.47mm, achieving low insertion force and stable contact reliability. Additionally, with three height variations (X1, X2, X3), optimal designs can be achieved according to the clearance between PCBs. ■ Features Supports 1 to 50 pin connections (can be cut as needed) Can be cut on-site to the required number of pins or supplied with a specified pin count. Three height variations (X1 / X2 / X3) Flexibly accommodates ultra-low to high stack heights. Uses φ0.47mm precision round pins Balances low insertion force with stable electrical contact. Contact area: gold-plated / tail area: tin-plated High conductivity and excellent solderability. Compatible with THR (through-hole reflow) Suitable for mass production reflow processes at 260℃ for 10 seconds.
