It has particularly strong heat and moisture resistance, allowing it to withstand high temperature conditions of over 200°C, and it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (15 ppm/°C), making it a highly reliable product with minimal changes in material form due to temperature fluctuations. Furthermore, it has a volume resistivity of 1.0E+15 Ω-cm and maintains high insulation properties even after 3000 hours of aging tests at 200°C. Its low viscosity makes it excellent for potting (molding) at room temperature, and when heated, the viscosity decreases, allowing for dispensing molding as well.
