Achieving miniaturization with next-generation design. High-durability, high-functionality pneumatic actuator.
The BX series is a next-generation actuator that achieves miniaturization of pneumatic automatic valves. While inheriting the design philosophy of the conventional B-type actuator, it has been made more compact and lightweight through a structural review. It allows for optimal size selection for valve actuation. Additionally, the Scotch-Yoke mechanism and PTFE coating on the inner surface of the cylinder ensure high durability and stable operation. Furthermore, it complies with NAMUR dimensions, allowing for the installation of the latest switch boxes and various instrumentation devices. In addition, it features a cover and indicator structure that prevents water ingress into the shaft area, enhancing reliability and safety. It enables efficient and stable valve operation across a wide range of applications, including chemicals, general industry, and plant equipment.

basic information
The BX series offers three types: double-acting (BX), spring return (BXS), and manual operation with spring return (BXSW). The output torque ranges from 14.0 to 4047 N·m for the BX at a supply pressure of 0.4 MPa, and up to 4826 N·m for the BXS(W), making it suitable for a wide range of valve sizes. The sizes are subdivided into ten levels from 0 to 9, enabling optimal actuator selection. In the single-acting type, a spring is stored within the cylinder, achieving up to 43% weight reduction and up to 64% volume reduction compared to conventional models. The standard specifications include a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, a standard operating pressure of 0.4 MPa, compatibility with ISO5211 flanges, and a NAMUR standard switch mounting seat. With its high durability structure and extensive lineup, it flexibly accommodates various process conditions.
