The PFA lining valve series is a high-performance valve that achieves excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance by coating the wetted parts with fluororesin. It can also be used in high-purity chemical lines for semiconductors, which are sensitive to the leaching and contamination of metal ions. The lineup includes diaphragm, butterfly, and ball types, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including chemical plants, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment. ● The diaphragm valve minimizes liquid accumulation due to its pocketless structure, offering excellent washability and cleanliness. Additionally, its unique seat seal structure provides high sealing performance, reducing the risk of external leaks and fluid contamination. The gland packing-less design enhances contamination resistance. The top-entry structure and reduction in the number of parts improve maintainability in piping conditions. ● The butterfly valve prevents external leaks through a stable sealing structure using coil springs and a unique shaft seal design. ● The ball valve ensures safety with a stem protrusion prevention structure and minimizes pressure loss with a straight flow path design. *Note: Oil-free treatment for the valve and flushing may be required. This series offers a lineup of diaphragm valves (15A to 100A), butterfly valves (50A to 600A), and ball valves (15A to 100A) according to their applications. The diaphragm valves can handle a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 to 1.2 MPa and a temperature range up to 152°C. The butterfly valves are based on JIS 10K and can also accommodate ASME Class 150, making them suitable for large diameter piping. The ball valves are flange type and comply with JIS 10K/Class 150, featuring a straight flow path structure that minimizes pressure loss. The main materials used include PFA lining for the wetted parts, modified PTFE for the diaphragm, and high-performance PTFE (HyperTite) for the ball seat material. In addition to manual operation, they can also be automated with air actuators, allowing for flexible adaptation to various process conditions.
