This is a case study of installing conveyors for loading and unloading in front of and behind a semi-automatic container filling machine.
This is a case study of a U-shaped conveyor installed for loading and unloading, designed to fit the building, in front of and behind a semi-automatic container filling machine. It allows access from one direction with a forklift, contributing to labor-saving in loading and unloading operations. The liquid filling into the container is done semi-automatically, while the transportation before and after the filling process is fully automated. This case study is non-explosion-proof, but it can also be manufactured in an all-pressure-resistant explosion-proof specification. Changes to the layout and the addition of weighing scales for weight checks are also possible.
